那是在去年夏天，我牙疼得睡不好，飯吃不香……唉，可真是難受極了！媽媽把我帶到了杭州市口腔醫院。我一跨進醫院的門，不由得驚呆了：好幾個小孩子，都在放聲大哭，再看看醫生手裡的工具：什麼針筒呀、鑷子呀、鑽頭呀、老虎鉗呀……我的天哪，這還能叫做口腔醫院嗎？明明是個電器修理站。這麼一瞧，我慌得想立刻逃出口腔科。忽然，聽醫生叫道：“31號，補牙！”到我了，我呆呆地站在那，心不停跳著。我安慰自己，馬上就好，再難受一會就過去了。
開始治療了，我兩隻手牢牢地抓住椅柄。醫生拿著，對準我那顆蛀牙鑽了起來，鑽呀鑽呀……我覺得那顆蛀牙酸酸的，好像吃了一顆未熟的草莓一樣，說不出的難受。好不容易過了十分鐘，醫生又拿起補牙劑，對那顆蛀牙洞一填又填，然後對我說：“好了！”我像放回自然的小鳥一樣，飛快地從椅子上跳下來。
這次痛苦的經歷，讓我明白，愛惜牙齒是多麼重要，這件補牙事件讓我永遠難忘！
